Every trip is quoted individually based on your dates, destinations, and group size. We confirm the full cost with you before anything is booked.

Q: Do you offer services in Spanish?

Yes. We're a bilingual agency, and several of our group tours run entirely in Spanish.

Q: What's the difference between a group tour and a private tour?

A group tour follows a set itinerary alongside other travelers on the same dates. A private tour is built just for your family, on your own schedule.

Q: Why does JV Travel specialize in Ecuador?

Our founder Veronica is from Cuenca, Ecuador, and studied tourism there before moving to Massachusetts. Ecuador is where her local knowledge runs deepest, though we plan trips well beyond it too.

Founded 10 years ago in Marlborough, MA, our travel agency was born from a passion for helping people explore the world with ease and joy. Over the years, we've had the privilege of assisting countless clients in booking flights, curating personalized trips, and organizing unforgettable group tours. With travel experiences spanning over 20 countries, we've built our reputation on providing thoughtful, customized service. Most importantly, we have built many life long relationships. Our priority has always been to keep things personable, getting to know our clients so we can craft journeys that truly reflect their dreams but also creating an environment within our trips to give them a chance to meet and build relationships with each other.

Veronica

Born and raised in Cuenca, Ecuador, Veronica studied tourism for 4 years before moving to Massachusetts, where she has lived for 23 years. She founded JV Travel Agency in 2016 and has personally traveled to 20+ countries, building a business rooted in the same curiosity and care she brings to every trip she plans.

She has served Marlborough, Hudson, Natick, Newton, Worcester and many more residents and has earned their trust and reputation for being one of the best travel agents in the MetroWest area.
